Abby got home and I surprised her with your signed book. She held it to her heart and started to cry. She told me that they were tears of joy. She wrote you a book as well. She worked on it ALL weekend. She didn't even want to watch the movie on "family movie night" on Friday. She worked on her book!
By Kate Regan Luciani: I have purchased 3 copies of this book for the granddaughters of friends. It warmed my heart to hear how much their grandaughters have loved this book. The story line and the art work are incredible. I have seen children just reduce themselves to giggles over this book. One little girl related specifically because Patty had polkadot clothing and this little girl loves polkadots. Another little girl wants to be a "hair cutter" when she grows up, so she was thrilled to see that was one of Patty's choices. Their reaction to this book and Patty have convinced me to pre-order the book about Patty's brother Patrick already. Mrs. DiLibero has written and absolute charmer!

Laugh out loud cute book! October 21, 2012 By M. Williamson: This book was so much fun for my children, ages 3 and 6. We enjoyed each one of Patti's pursuits into different "careers" and loved the positive message st the end. We're looking forward to the next book coming out soon!

The vivid pictures seem to jump off the page and the rhyming structure in the book makes kids anticipate what is coming next in the story! As a teacher, myself, I can think of million of ways to use this in the classroom. I have three children, ages 4, 6, and 8, and they all seem to have their own favorite parts of the book! This book, no matter how many times we read it, makes my children laugh out loud! This is a true standout among children's books and I can't wait for her next book to come out, "Patrick Pretends."
